Not sure about homeplug (I assume this is to extend your wireless signal or connect ethernet back to router through mains? If your wireless signal is ok where the PS3 is going don't bother. He can be respected more than a fan based on his contributions but imo it doesnt mean he has to gain anything for it. He's not had it bad on the back of being associated with Saints so he's not owed anything. Too many of these people still expect to profit from Saints FC. Just wish they would move on and enjoy it on the same level as us fully in the knowledge that they have every fans respect and not constantly risk losing it.

As much as I admire the work these ex players etc did I don't think they deserve to be treated any better than the fans. At the end of the day thats all they are these days but are still rightly respected for their history with the club. They were paid more than most of us ever will be and no doubt still have more money to enjoy following saints than most fans do today. Why can't they just kick back and concentrate on the football happily in the knowledge that we arent supporting Pimpley and are in a very good position.

At any point does it break laws to repeatedly put lies out in the media? Must be something out there to control all the cr@p

Theres getting respect and then theres getting freebees and involvement with the club despite going against the wishes of the club. They cant have it both ways. Either support the club and follow the current rules (in place for a reason) and they will get respect or bad mouth the club and try to derail it and as cortese says only their reputations and enjoyment of the club will lose out. Even when Cortese moves on and someone else is in charge if they have any sense and any knowledge of how to run a well structured, profitable company then they too wont let people who USED to be associated with the club do what the hell they like just because they were once connected.

Had a big impact on the game and will come out of that looking good I reckon

I loved the bit about Markus telling him that he is the only person who can make it happen and wants him to do it for him. No friend could possibly turn and walk away without fulfilling that promise unless it wasnt physically possible. From what I can tell, Cortese will do everything in his power to get us back to the premiership not only because of this promise but because believe it or not I reckon he bloody loves this club too!

I think most people have learnt to ignore most of the rubbish about us in the press now. That article from Cortese would have got a MASSIVE reaction last year. He will no doubt still have to release an interview like that yearly though to show up the muppets at the Daily Hell or the pesky ex-saints who are determined to cause the club hassle.

Surely this brilliant brilliant interview should be a thread on its own rather than specifically the transfer bit. This interview yet again clears up so much and confirms yet again that we HAVE NO REASON TO WORRY!

I get the impression that under the old regime ex players/people who have played a part for the club in the past were given open access to the club and have been shut out since the take-over (Rightly so, its a business with a job to do). If saints FC means anywhere near as much to these people as it does to us fans then this change was probably enough to bring out a bad streak in even those most respected by the fans. I can imagine how much that would have hurt and there must be some pretty big chips on some shoulders out there. But there is a right way of doing things, a professional way and they, like everyone on here should just appreciate that Saints FC is now in good safe hands and enjoy the ride.

Exactly how I see this. If any of us arranged a saints evening by contacting ex-saints and "assuming" Saints FC would get involved we would be told to get real and any person who respects the club and its brand would have sought the clubs blessings before setting the event in stone and giving the impression its an official event by the club.

I thought it was pretty simplified Download the download manager on PC Run download manager go into settings find where it is saving files to copy the location open windows media player go to library click add to library paste link ok it In theory the Xbox should then see that location and play whatever the download manager puts in that location. The above is guess work from the info provided but I'd say it sounds about right based on how the concept usually works elsewhere...

I dont go near Xbox's (Urgh) but definately sounds like they are talking about the settings in the download manager you downloaded on your pc. Basically you just want to copy the location that the download manager is saving its files to and put it into windows media player which will actually be doing the streaming

Was more refferring to all those knock off nigel movies on your PC but yeah porn too. Why just have player when the PS3 has 4od, ITV Player and Iplayer already setup... Sounds like you've made your mind up though... Give it 6 months and you'll have a PS3 after realising it was the correct option all along

Fair enough but do you have a blue ray player? Do you have the functionality to stream all your ooky movies from your PC to your telly? Do you have the best games console going? (Know you dont play games but still...) for a little bit of dosh (console only isnt a lot) you get mucho enjoyment.

Cortese had to respond to all this rubbish last time it happened. He shouldn't have to do it again. Unbelievable that the mail have got this reaction from fans again. They know how to stir things up....

It's all just complete balls. There's so much going on in the club that contradicts this. Only two days ago I was at the stadium hearing that cortese will be joining us on the africa trip. Doesn't sound to me that anyones looking to bail out. IMO anything said in the daily mail shouldn't be allowed on here.
