I'm not so sure. After a few games we are likely to be struggling near the foot of the table and prices are extortionate. Can't see our away support being different to how it always was i.e far less at Northern games than we've seen in recent years.

It is throwing the result though, because a single act of corruption corrupts the whole match. If player x hadn't colluded with player y to kick the ball out in the 3rd minute previous and subsequent play wouldn't have occurred.

Safe Tory seats are usually rural and I know we are all instructed to think we live in a harmonious cosmopolitan utopia, but in reality in rural areas (such as where I live) it wouldn't go down well with a good many people. Much in the same way someone like Jacob Rees-Mogg wouldn't connect with constituents in Barnsley.

Interesting. Franny is clearly fuming over this because what Claus has come out with essentially casts a dark cloud over everyone involved with the club at this time. That said you'd expect him to deny it even if he was aware of it, which i'm not saying he was. Claus alleges "players pooled money and gave it to club staff to place bets". A full police investigation needs to take place and Claus needs to be asked to name names.

The money offered by The Sun must have been good or Claus extremely desperate because he's sure to be questioned further, and i'd expect MLT will too. This is a criminal act and it's fraud and corruption.
