  1. Ooops, i've uninstalled MSE and am now running on Mcafee. I'll see how it goes.
  2. Done, but i've somehow lost all my favourites. FFS it's gonna take me ages to get them back, especially my shares/pension micro sites. That cleaner thing seems good though.
  3. I was told when I bought it that it was the best refurbished one they had - it's an hp pavillion. Like I say it's just slow at first so think it's basically alright.
  4. Installed memory RAM 4.00 GB (3.75 GB usable) Cheers, but i'm bored with all this stuff now, i'll take it into the shop where I bought it and pay a specky geek to tune it up. TBH it's only slow when it first starts up.
  5. safari, because I do. Had problems logging onto saintsplayer once so loaded up safari and it's been ok since.
  6. It's a hewlett packard lap top windows 7, a couple of years old i think (bought it 2nd hand refurbished, dunno what RAM (dunno what RAM is tbh). How do I defrag the hdd (not the fogiest what this is ha)? Like I say I just want it to work and have zero interest in the techy stuff, just what buttons to press to sort it out.
  7. I've just downloaded mcafee security which comes free with bt broadband, but it's still showing the microsoft security essentials running as well. Is this OK or should it just be one anti virus thing. If it should just be one how do I remove the the microsoft one. Also while i'm doing this thoroughly boring crap how can one speed up ones computer?
  8. What exactly is the point you're making on this thread aside from the impression you've given of being a bit unkempt and scruffy with personal hygiene issues?
  9. So you're usually a bit of a tramp?
  10. What utter nonsense. Having headlights flashed at you isn't like a deer running out in front of the car. It's er flashing headlights. I know someone who was flashed out of a junction and pulled out in front of a car traveling at about 60, so there is a danger there if you rely on others much like following fog lights, but the act of flashing is hardly dangerous. On the contrary I sometimes flash a car to warm them of a horse rider or accident. On no occasion has the driver i've flashed pankiced and launched their car into a field.
  11. Why was the thread moved?

    Rhodes

I thought it was about my favourite Imperialist.
  13. That's very true. Has anyone ever met a woman who thinks men (who are not playing football) look good in a replica shirt?

  15. Sunderland at home please.
  16. Don't you think it's a bit studenty?
  17. Because he's an untrustworthy lightweight prime minister. He's undoubtedly preferable to Millibean, but that's not difficult. In terms of Conservative PM's he'll go down in history as a poor one.
  18. Indeed. Was it the subtle "weekend offender" logo discretely displayed on the collar that appealed to you?
  19. I expect it suits you.

    Jury service

I have done it. It's very boring tbh, you spend most of the time sat about in the jury canteen area with people you don't want to talk to.
  21. TBF it's a hell of a lot for a club like QPR. It'd be a hell of a lot for us and we are considerably bigger than you.

    Twitchy Gone!

I hope he stays because i'm so looking forward to st marys rocking to the tune of "who the **** is harry redknapp" as the 3rd goal goes in.
  23. It's treason and as such I expect he'll be tried as a traitor.
  24. Russia 1 up, ha.
