Since 01/11/10 the sp has dipped from 2.2 to 1.73 but looking at the trends it's been up and down in that region for over a year so now is probably a good time to buy. As Lord Young rightly says we haven't yet felt a recession yet, but if we (or the public sector lot) do this investment should do well.

I don't think we're going to see an apocalyptical scenario when a few public sector workers are forced into the real world of the private sector, but that said it could present an opportunity for an investment.
