It's in the pockets of the Marxist Unions and for that reason alone I think the Conservatives should seize the opportunity to privatise it. You only have to look at the recent locations for Question Time to see that it is a biased lefty organisation. Also i'd much rather have to suffer a few adverts than pay for a licence.

What massive job losses? A few public sector workers is nothing much. I know the interim period between losing their jobs and getting another job won't be pleasant for them, but in the long run it'll be much better for country as we break the Socialist system of state employment and Marxist Unions.

Call me sad, but I have written to my MP suggesting this. What do you think of this idea?

1. Police. It's like david Cameron says. Under the Socialists far too much was spent on IT, HR, and other jobs for the Socialist gravy train rider types. Get rid of as many of them as possible. Cut the bureacracy and you can actually increase police presence and save money. 2. Shut all the Libraries and swimming pools for all I care about them. 3. So long as there are provisions for day care centres for the elderly, and most get picked up, who gives a **** if a few are closed and they have to spend 5 minutes longer on a bus. Badger you need to get your head around the fact that your idiotic Labour lot have created this mess and it must be addressed. Get in the real world.
-
Good. We need Tory policies and attitudes to sort out the mess left by Labour.

I'm not worried or concerned at all about public spending cuts. The cuts will only take spending back to the levels of a few years ago. Get a grip.

Not at all. Alf Garnett was supposed to mock those with right wing attitudes but he became a cult hero. Andy is the forums Alf.

That seems harsh, but at the end of the day it could killed someone. It's a bit like the student that dropped a fire extinguisher off the top of the building. When you talk about a stone are we talking 10mm, 20mm, 50mm?

And where does the ticket tax sit in this statement?

Another good book is 25 Eventful Years In Pictures (1935), which covers the period 1910 to 1935. The best way of describing it is Pathe News in a book. Again ebay is the best source.

The Great Betrayal - The Menoirs of Ian Douglas Smith. I have two first edition hardbacks. I bought two because I didn't want to crumple my signed edition. http://www.rhodesia.nl/betrayal.htm You might pick an original up on ebay, but they sell for quite a bit. £100 + for a signed edition. There you go, and that is a good price. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Great-Betrayal-Ian-Smith-Rhodesia-H-B-1st-edition-/270624979564?pt=Non_Fiction&hash=item3f02817a6c

Same age, same situation, but there are contingy plans and the outlook in the rentak market should improve. There will be less students in future and that will free up more rental capacity forcing down rental prices, and the incapacity slobs are having their rental allownaces cut which will force dow prices. The real issue potentially is in retirement so start making provisions now by joining an AVC which you get tax relief on and should be a good long term investment but ideally you'll need to the BOE base rate being high as you near retirement to benefit most. Also take advantage of an ISA if possible with a DIY ISA being a good option. PM me if youd like some details on this.

That's quite funny for you.

The comparitively small ammount of trouble after the said match justifies letting everyone out at the same time. If Pompey fans had been held in there would have been familys and innocent groups walking back to their cars minus a crowd to blend in with. It's in these secluded situations where the yobs would have attacked - you only have to see the so called Saints fan intimidating a middle aged skate ***** in her car (the clip is on youtube) - if they'd do that to a woman then what would he have done if an innocent middle aged man in a skate shirt had walked by? No matter how you try to wriggle about Darren the fact is that there was very little trouble after the game and that makes the operation a sucess. When maggie ordered the sinking of the Belgrano she did it to protect "our boys". When hants police let everyone out at the same time they did it to protect innocent fans. I for one applaud both decisions.

1. I've had a 3.5% pay increase year on year throughout the recession. 2. Saving is never foolish - it's where you invest your money. With the BOE base rate being an annoying 0.5% you've got to speculate a bit to beat inflationary pressures; The Stock Market is an example of an alternative and if you trade through an ISA you don't pay capital gains tax. 3. When my old man grew up in the 30's and 40's (a family of 8 children) they used to trap blackbirds to eat. We really have never had it so good as now, but most people don't realise how lucky they are.

You didn't even know the tribes of Rhodesia so don't get all smug.

In that case how come your Bolshy comrades murdered the Romanovs?

TLS said myself and The Duke were birds of a feather to which I said him and Weyman Bennett were equally similar. I take your point though. So what kind of dress will Katherine wear? There's a full double page article in the Express discussing this so i'm sure it's on everyones minds.

UAF is only anti-fascist so far is it's devious title suggests. In reality UAF represents, and is populated with, those with fascist attitudes - no to freedom of speech - Yes to violence to supress debate. Also you cannot get away from the fact that UAF march alongside and thus support Muslim extremists. The whole organisation is hypocritical. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_e6sSiA1XrQ

It's pathetic that they proceeded with the trial. What was the CPS and the QC doing going forward with a case devoid of evidence? it's unbelievable.
-
Hampshire Constabularys policy of letting everyone out at the same time ss the same as Margaret Thatcher ordering the sinking of the Belgrano. Some will argue against it, but ultimately it was the right decision.

TBF 3000 away fans for a noddy club like Brighton is unusual so their undesireables will be out in force, and it is a fact that Crystal Palace are their local rivals (for them at least) so we are likely to be seen as rivals by their derby deprived feral delinquents.
