  1. Surely you're old enough to know that you'll never get many transfers early in the summer because chairman don't want to pay the wages over the summer.
  2. It might help Verbal and Greenridge then.
  3. I once went all inclusive and despite it being a very high standard ai resort with good food the whole buffet experience did nothing for me aside from the buffet at breakfast time which I do like. Only do b&b now.
  4. We believe you.
  5. I was quite optimistic until Cahill got injured.
  6. All the forum fatties are too embarrassed to say.
  7. Can't be bothered any more. There's no point because you have your view. Maybe one day you'll change your tune.
  8. We all fly squalid bedsit class.
  9. You've just confirmed what I suspected i.e you really don't know what you're on about, but that's not really surprising as you don't smoke the sh/t aside from a couple of spliffs once in a bluemoon. Just like clueless MP's that are pro legalisation after a few drags whilst at Uni.
  10. In British cultural terms it is.
  11. It is a hard drug.
  12. Alcohol would never in a million years be legal if it was a new discovery. The same with tobacco.
  13. Because you're talking sh/te?
  14. That's nonsense. If it's legalised you'll let the genie out of the bottle and the problem will explode. People who want to get wasted will get wasted regardless of limits, and if legal draw is weak they'll just cane a lot more or buy decent stuff from dealers. Education is the key. Schools really do need to get with it and bring in people who know what they are talking about i.e those who have been there, to give frank and honest talks. It is just as important as academic subjects IMO.
  15. There isn't a huge difference between a welsh accent and a chinese accent.
  16. As with anything, moderation is key.
  17. Did you see a burger van in the vicinity?
  18. Personally I think the club should provide a certain number of free tickets for those less fortunate than ourselves, and some of the sheep like comments from the hilarious teenagers only serve to illustrate what spoilt brats they are. I have a cousin who has a rare form of blindness that can affect every other generation. He is lucky in that his employer stuck by him as his sight went and he now works in an office earning a living, but not everyone who is blind can work and they can't help that. We're not talking about Benefits slobs here, we're talking about genuine cases. And a football club is a part of the community and as such should make a little bit of effort to give something back. F/ck me they rake enough money in - 90 mil in sky money next season - it's not really too much to ask to do the decent thing for a few blind fans.
  19. Is that all the extra supplements you had to deliver on your paper round?
  20. If it was I could always buy a burger van.
  21. Opinion polls in the UK persistently give the monarchy at least two thirds popular support. This beats any political party in history. Only the death of Diana brought a brief hiccup, and monarchy still retained a majority. An ICM poll for the Guardian last month had 69 per cent backing the Queen, an all-time high. Meanwhile Mori put republicanism at just 13 per cent. Badger and his ilk are essentially as relevent as the wishy washy Lib Dems.
  22. Well that's nonsense. Just because some people stayed in doesn't mean they are apathetic, they just stayed in and enjoyed watching the event on the TV. Of course you've got a bitter minority - marxist types like badger and Peter Tatchell, but they are more isolated than ever.
  23. No, there are many Anglophiles in America Badger. You're not very educated on this subject are you?
  24. I think the numbers would most certainly decrease. As i've told you, many Americans that visit are Anglophiles that love our Royal family.
