  1. LOL ! Well let us hope that the FA do everything they can to keep Palace, Stockport, Bournemouth and Chester alive too !
  2. We may be bumping along in the third tier for now, but our potential and prospects are very very good. 1 year ago I was a wholly frustrated supporter of our club - Now I feel energised and proud to be a supporter again.
  3. Exactly, as by doing this and paying our dues on time to HMRC he ensured that his bottom was covered too. However, he acted honorably in such circumstances which is more than can be said for Storrie-Boy !
  4. That would seem to be the case which explains why SBT is desperately trying to resign as chairman and Storrie is dropping his pants at every passing Hong Kong or South African businessman. Also explains that despite our debts a year ago, Rupert was scrupulously ensuring that dues to HMRC were paid on time.
  5. As indeed happened to Excelsior Mouscron already this season in the Belgian top flight! All records expunged after their liquidation and the league goes on. No its only to do with saving face in the eyes of world football, but given the high profile of this shambles the face has already drooped !
  6. No they did'nt, the FAPP guidelines are clear ( Go to the BBC website to read them if you are not sure) ! The people most culpable for allowing these "criminals" into your club are people being charged with criminal activities themselves! Try your CEO for a start ! HTH
  7. Gutted in a way if liquidation for you ( which as at today seems inevitable )follows.. Despite the result of course, I thoroughly enjoyed Saturday - The adrenalin rush of a true derby game just beats all others, and it might be sometime before another day like Saturday ( and all those that preceeded it in decades gone by) can happen again. Of course I wanted to see you suffer as we did ( and some more), but not gone ! Wish you best of luck.
  8. No No No they are both wrong.... It is Hampton Court !
  9. See Goalie66's post above:- D) Protest outside the wrong courtroom
  10. Sounds feasible ! Sacha must maximise Daddy's return to pay off those nasty Capo's who he owes to. Caveat Emptor Mr Storrie
  11. "We owe these guys our club" Perhaps changed to: " We owe these guys because without them we would not have a club "! And beyond that we have a bright and positive future - contrast that to our skatey friends down the road! We have much to thank Markus and Nicola for..
  12. Seems like it PES.. I doubt whether Azougy would be around for any other reason except to represent the interests of his Capo ! Yes there are past and present people within your club that shoulder the blame for this horrific state of affairs, but the EPL are looking more and more like dipsy doodles for having no screening process in place to prevent this. I'm glad we only had Rupert, Mikey and Leon to balls us up - At least they were honest idiots !
  13. Not a minute too soon then ! I wonder how the learned judge will react to all the tippex marks on the pages...
  14. Point of pedantry M'Lud Quoted as hopeful it will be viewed favourably.. Like they were hopeful of investment too perhaps Also Storrie not his usual "positive spinning self" in that statement. I still reckon its a pigs breakfast being presented TBH
  15. Agree on all counts. Cup Tie'ing a player is now at odds with the transfer windows that have been implemented relatively recently.
  16. Indeed it is quiet - But not unexpectedly so ! If there was any positive news it would have hit the press over the past few days, but the silence is deafening. Its in the hands of the learned judge now !
  17. Add to that Jakobsson who had the turning circle of an oil tanker and Mikhael Nillsonn who had all the urgency of a comatosed slug ! Painful days indeed !
  18. Assuming you mean "firm" Vantis were appointed by Pompey and not by the court. However, it would be extremely foolish for any accountancy firm to "over-embellish" figures presented to a court. Should they be found out to be "covering up" then they would be in the brown mucky stuff in a big way.
  19. Is your glass always half empty ?
  20. With the New Seekers playing "I would like to teach the wrold to sing" in the background..
  21. But if as it seems, Pompey have been trading illegally for sometime then Coventry and Sunderland also have a case for re-instatement. The whole thing would be too messy and therefore I would expect Brum to be given a bye. However, we could feasibly claim financial recompense I suppose ?
  22. Contempt of court and big "doodoo" all round.
  23. No far too tenuous and difficult to prove that he was wasting the courts time!
  24. Wolves and Wigan are already agnostic towards the suggestion..
