My understanding is that value will be proposed, ie 20p in the £1, a 75% vote supporting a CVA is needed today to move towards a vote in 28 days time where 50% is required. the tax man is 18% of the objectors. They understood the economics They just couldnt afford to drop from the prem. They had so many outstanding payments on players they had sold on they had to gamble on buying more and more players they couldnt afford. The players and the management of PFC have a duty to reballance the unfair football debts rule. Peter Storrie should in my opinion be under questioning for major fraud as a director, theft of charity monies, tax evasion and any other charges that can be directed his way.

We should ask the PL to honour all the unpaid debts to charities, local businesses ,schools and the tax man in this debarcle

I think they can because the PL are acting as a clearing bank. All monies are paid through the PL and do not become pompeys till they are given it. If the money became pompeys then it would be illeagal to pay one creditor in advance of another whilst in administration. It is ironic that Barclays are sponsoring the PL yey the PL are running a huge opperation to avoid banking
