The administrator is responsible for increasing debt whilst in admin. That is why it is important that balu funds administration with hard cash.

On face value It apear they may have negotiated a deal. However weare talking about Mr astrilogicalfees and dotting T's and crossing I's. He stated that on thirsday he expected to recieve a letter from his tuesday meeting? That would be about... 48 hours then .... as stated above they have half a million pounds and an 18 million tax bill..... none of this adds up. If they achieved a perfect storm and balu gave them 11 million, they won the cup, they were religated with two years parachute payements, they sold every player for near top dollar.... they are still short of millions. I did note that cardiff are on thier third winding up order... even if they escape this one there are plenty more chances for HMRC to put the boot in.

Monday 15th, All day. Documentry proof needs to be placed with the court proving funding for admin, and that admin was legally appropriate required this week (11th?) If admin is not legal it will proceed in to a winding up order hearing the same day

http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=752426&sec=england&campaign=rss&source=soccernet I think he is saying it will take 7-8million to reach the end of the season if we just pay the take home pay and continue to increase our tax debt!

There was comment on here that he would be in dodgey legal waters if he made redundancies and later found not to be legally in administration.

You cant afford to buy the cup.... this time you are attemting to get it by Tax evasion and loan players you can't pay. You probobly cant afford to give it back becuse it melted down and sold on.
-
I liked the BBC's news report that stated that when they won the FA Cup, the fans wern't waving ..... they were drowning

I think the HMRC is right to peruse this case. There should be no special rules for football clubs or any other business. Extra care should be taken to make sure the business cannot be rescued. However admin is only right if the business has a future. If the business is losing millions a month it has to be wound up to protect investors and the businesses that supply it. If a business is so precious it cannot be allowed to disapear that money should be in the form of grants that would make it balance its books. Not by allowing it to sink other businesses

They are far more likley to know how to action it and dont have to pay someone.

A word of caution! There are a lot of allagations being posted on this board. Thake care what you type.... especially about solicitors... it may come back to bite you or the owners of the board...
