  1. I disagree. They are in admin, HMRC can't believe they qualify for admin, unless they can prove they qualify to be in admin they will proceed with the winding up order on the 15th...
  2. If everything went Pompeys way, they won all thier matches suvived in the prem, the tv money was paid, they won the FA Cup. they would still not be able to settle thier bills, player contracts and the tax man. The players would be due huge bonuses and they would not receive the parrachute payments. Also they will not be within 2 points of suvival, you are forgetting the chill breeze of -9 whistling around the the club. I like your creative accounting and positive thinking though
  3. http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2010/mar/03/portsmouth-takeover-intermarket-digger Serial club fancier eyeing up Portsmouth ... David Gold.... thats old news I recon they are
  4. You have 15 days to save up for an iPhone
  5. 2 hours... thats a lot ot T's to dot and I's to cross.... LOL nad a propper high court judge.... Oh Mr Android... are you in over your depth
  6. hopefully here http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/custompages/custompage.aspx?pageid=81796
  7. In my many dealings with the courts, Ahem, The Crown Prosicution service did not have a plan B,C, D. Plan A was the court is stacked against these suckers. We ere either met with a well prepared breif and were led into a cul de sac... or we were met with an under paid over loaded low ranking solicitor who had not read the arm full of files and was totally unprepared for our devious defences. If ever we broke out of the pre-planned cul de sac there was utter chaos and no plan B. I doubt wether HRMC is that much different to the CPS.
  8. With 75 min to go the Pompey supporters are making thier way with thier trusty map to The old Bailey... LOL
  9. Its pay day in Portsmouth and as usual the wages haven’t arrived in bank accounts. The players are surfing their accounts on their blackberries and iPhones with grim faces. The chirpy old loyal tea lady rattles in with the tea tray and the players tell her the news. She quietens down and pours the tea in silence. One of the long standing players calls over the player liaison officer (a relative of Storie) Mate you have access to my bank account, you pay my bills… pay the tea lady 1 months wages out of my bills account…. The player Liaison officer comes back a little later to the player and says to the player, sorry mate there isn’t enough in your bills account. It’s down to £2 grand. The player looks shocked! How much is the tea lady paid? He asks. Well her basic wage is £6.50 an hour £1092 this month. Then There is her bonus, each day she puts jammy dodgers on the plate she gets £150, 20 days £300, Match day bonus 2 home matches, 4 away £100 each £600 and then there is image rights. The half crescent on the badge resembles one of her half eaten biscuits. Each time the Pompey badge appears in the press we pay her 25 Barbadian dollars into an account in the British Virgin Isles that’s about B$3,000
  10. Loaded dice are there already. Hmrc and the court service have played a blinder, they quietly slipped this onthe web and up in the court at around 4pm before any one noticed it. They might have sent Krap nottarf a fax at ten to four. Now al mirrarge and chanderai are at home just settling down for afternoon tea with a slim chance of getting into central londan by 10:30 with proof of charge on the assetts
  11. dont forget more LOL-age... 10 min

  13. http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Andronikou-To-Meet-With-Premier-League-685.aspx He might have to postpone this meeting LOL
  14. I was wrong, there is a god :smt036
  15. interesting....
  16. This was the situation we knew Friday This is the situation we know today: They are due £5million sky money soon too. The players could be sold for about £10 million £32 million parrachute payments Total= £47 million debt...£78 million Gap £31 million Then there are the wages and gate income for the rest of the season... What would they get if they win the FA Cup?
  17. you are right..
  18. Pre-pack administration is where the viable parts of the bussiness are packaged off and sold off to the highest bidder (often some of the old directors) and the other assets sold off. the creditors are then paid x pence in the pound. the example on wiki cobra beer where 91million debt was written off and the firm continued and employees kept thier jobs.
  19. On Friday we heard the administrator tell everyone he would repay the £60 million dent and he could put portsmouth back on track. The club would suvive. it is now £78million of debt, when raisung money the last bit of money is the hardest bit to find. A lot has changed since Friday. £18 million of extra debt has been discovered. Do not be supprised if he pops up this week and states that he has to pre-pack the club and write off the debt.
  20. The PL is a club of 20 clubs most of whom are in debt. Each year 3 members of the club drop out and 3 more join. In the process of joining, hanging in there or leaving more debt is incurred. :smt110
  21. Portsmouth havn't been able to borrow from a bank for years. Thier troubles started when thier banks called in thier loans. That was before the recession. Portsmouth would not be getting money from sons of arms dealers or desert dwellers if they could just go into Lloyds or Barclays and fill out a form. The administrator can "restructure thier debts" I doubt that any loan can come from any PLC with shareholders, they are just too risky. I agree the PL could Borrow the money and give it to Portsmouth. Is the PL registered as a licenced credit broker?
  22. But it happens every day, cobra beer (91m debt!), and all those furniture companies, just a quick rename and off they go again. "red leather sofas" becomes "red sofas for U"
  23. I understand, but borrow the money from where, which pot of money? The PL is Bolton, Wolves etc. but pompey might get wound up... I would love to lend my mate ten grand to tidy up his house but I would have to borrow that 10 grand against my house... and he might pop his clogs... Will the other 19 clubs write a cheque for next years money (or accept a lower cheque fron this years sky money). Or do the PL have a huge pot of cash waiting? foottie debt http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/2301797/Deloitte-football-finance-review-Club-by-club-Premier-League-analysis.html
  24. Do the leage have a pot of spare money? or will they have to ring around and ask to borrow a few million from each team? can you see Wolves, Hull, Burnley,Wigan, Bolton finding the cash to len the cheats for two years?
  25. Im sure it reads that they MAY apply a penalty. It gives them discression. Once the penalty letter is sent to the scroats, they are sunk. Any appeal is doomed to fail. But there is discression with the leage.
