Well, my accreditation was sorted by the agency - so I'm not too sure. Just given a pass with a number on, that corresponded to my place on the list. -

I was in the press conference, Turkish. Sorry to disappoint you. -

Was a brilliant moment when he brought that one out in the press conference - I don't think there was a single soul in the room who wasn't laughing when I looked around. -
@SimonPeach: Unsurprisingly, Osvaldo is persona non grata at #SaintsFC. He is not even allowed in the training ground.

Clarke Carlisle admits he tried to kill himself

I think Ralf has a point on the devastating effects of drink-driving. I don't not feel sympathy for Carlisle, but I can understand why someone as close as Little was to Carlisle may not, with his repeated drink-driving offences. -

I'm a student - what do you think? In all seriousness, I provide content as a freelance to a few different places. So in summary - no.

Tony Fernandes has posted this on Twitter about what he's looking for in the new manager... @tonyfernandes: We the board will hire someone who cares, thinks long term, wants to be involved in developing the academy, has coaching skills, will play young players and is a winner. So the complete opposite of Redknapp then?

He does lots of things like this, too... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TPrxvZlXNw "I think it was the movie 'Wreck-It Ralph' that they've linked in to me"

He speaks German, too. I assume that's owing to his hockey career - I guess it helped with the Liebherr clan, too.

Seems fair to me...

Absolutely. I had the good fortune to tour Staplewood. Les has an office, as do a couple of others. Ralph just has a 'spare office' type set-up when he's around. Doesn't even have his name on it, like others. He just oversees things and looks out for 'club growth' and reports back on the club's progress on all fronts to Katharina - again, from my interpretation.
-
Just oversees proceedings and club development, in terms of several aspects. All the power in Saints is pretty much split across the 'Heads of Department' - Reed, Bence, and whoever sits in the department below them, commercial etc. Abrahams is one, I think. They're responsible for their own departments and have relative autonomy. No one employee really has full control of the club (ignoring Katharina, as the owner), like when Cortese was here. Krueger does talking on club matters, as does Reed when they're football-related - as he's the head of the footballing side of the club. That's my interpretation.

Tuesday is a day-off after a Sunday afternoon game. They'll be in tomorrow, so I imagine there'll be some stuff later this week from him.

What about Kevin Bond?

Just back, haven't posted on here since my earlier comment, which came before the 'bare bones' comment - due to receiving news of a bereavement. In reply to the posts above, I did make a joke about 'bare bones' - but so did hundreds of other internet folk, it's not original for anyone and anyone who 'knows' Redknapp's quips can make that joke. The joke wasn't lifted, and even if it was, I don't see why it would matter - I highly doubt anyone has ever told a joke that is entirely unique, and I certainly don't see people crediting jokes whenever they're told. But yeah, I didn't lift that. Some people need to lighten up and put things in perspective.
