Yes, and at the moment Connolly and Lambert are not firing on all cylinders. Our last two goals have come from midfield (where Lallana has also gone quiet) from players without a goal-scoring track record for us.

There is a half-article on the Echo website today about a campaign to raise funds for members of 1st PWRR who get injured during their latest 7month tour in Afghanistan, by selling wristbands like the Help For Heros campaign. Only problem is, it doesnt explain how to get one by post if you are unable to get to Hanover Buildings. It goes on today that "you can find out in today's Echo". Firstly, I find this a shameful way to sell papers. Disgusting. Secondly, can anyone give me a website or postal address by which to make a donation and get the wristband ? Thanks

I think you have a bit of trouble reading, my friend. Who said we have a choice between past and future ? I also want both. I asked what is more important, and for me there is no debate whatsoever about the answer, unless you are one of those trying to use the friction between MLT and NC as an additional excuse to have a pop at NC. Oh, and I dont think my "negativity" in the past has been pointless; I think my lack of "negativity" now demonstrates that.

Daren, I am not taking sides (whereas you and a few others seem to be doing so...), in fact I expressly said I dont want to. I also said that I love LM and MLT for their contribution to the clubs heritage. All I said was if I were forced to take sides, NC brings more value to the club in the now than wallowing in nice warm memories from bygone times.
