Simple really. NC has a 5 year plan to get us to the Pl, and one year has been wasted already. He's spent well-and-above the norm for L1 assembling a team, and he thinks it should be good enough. I personally reckong hes not interested that much in youth / the academy, too long-term for his performance targets.

0-1 on a freak counter-attack, I fear.

We look fairly fit, quite hungry, and well-skilled on the ball. We just dont have a clear picture of what to do with it, and look a bit toothless.
