Why do I get the feeling that some posters were sat in the traffic jam on the way home, planning to come straight on here and try to divert attention from the fact that a few fellow posters gave ample warning this might happen and cannot handle the fact that they were right. I couldnt give a sh*t about being right. I wanted to be wrong. But I watched pre-season progress from a distance and knew from the way we played, against who we played, who we sent out in those teams, and our lack of reinforcement in critical areas, that this would happen. Why is that so hard to acknowledge for some ?

Bit much of an ask to expect the team to go on a 30-win streak at the end of the season though, so the critical point isnt that far away.

People were told that pre-season didnt matter and hold the witch-hunt until the first game. People were told that AP is being canny in the transfer marked and hold the condemnation until the end of August. Today you saw the product of that, the reward for their patience.
