Maybe those of us who saw whim for what he was should have tried harder to convince others, despite the avalanche of abuse we got.
-
A lingering painful death as opposed to a blaze of glory, right ? Well, when my time comes, I'd want it to be quick, for my sake and my loved ones........
-
But cant you see ? Because we havent got rid of the likes of Euell and Skacel (but bizarrely, arent playing them either), Lowe is having to go further down the list, and for each player he disposes of down that list, he is making lesss and less contribution to the overall saving agreed with the bank, meaning MORE of those lower-list players have to go. This is going to tear the team apart.
-
This also appears to affect one of JPs first-choice players for the first time. The cuts are getting deeper...

Assuming for one moment its true (and almost every other transfer rumour seems to be coming true), this is final proof the club is in a free-fall that will only end with administration, sooner or later. There is no way the team can withstand all these knock-backs - sooner or later they will cease to be a team. What odds on Saints surviving the season ?
-
How many times were these comments,or similar, made last season ????????
-
LOL, totally predictable.
-
I know, and I genuinely apologise for the way it sounds - it wasnt intended to sound like that, and I cannot stand arrogance. However, the gist stands - there seem to be an awful lot of people who are witnessing the games, who cannot see the worrying trend that already exists.
-
It's so obvious, I am not even going to bother. Your tactic has been worn threadbare - you contribute less and less to the discussion on here every day.
-
You got it in one.
-
I would not be in the slightest bit surprised to see those three re-appointed to the board between now and the next AGM, to be honest.
-
Yep, pity they arent so confident about our "BS" that they actually address the three points I made..
-
No its not. If he has been told he cannot select certain players, he has been told which he can by default.
-
I was also quite concerned that he doesnt seem to have gone out of his way to find out about Davies, despite him being injured. I suspect Davies is another player ring-fenced for sale, so he's been told he doesnt need to look at him, and the club have simply kept this one quieter knowing he would generate more interest than the likes of Skacel.

Dont have to read it.......

http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/article.php?page_id=10453 Am I the only one worried about some of his comments ? Firstly, it looks like we will be stuck with limited striker substitution options if we always have to have an extra defender on the bench to account for Killer. Considering he only plays one-up-front, this sounds suicidal to me. Secondly, he seems to have no grasp on the Andrew Davies situation Finally, is it wise to make these odd comments about Dyer and BWP in public ?
-
Nah, he's just arguing the point for the sake of being pedantic. It's what he does............
-
Developing ? Didnt we get these comments from sniggering opponent managers the whole time under Burley ???
-
Yep. The new look Saints team is not cutting it over 90minutes against experienced teams with experienced managers, but a huge amount of unsold experienced talent is frozen out on the golf course whilst the cupboard looks bare for the subs bench. Ridiculous..........
-
Who gave you the right to judge who is and who isnt welcome at SMS ?
-
Previous comments may be right, that a defeat isnt the end of the world, but a win would be HUGE for building confidence. The sooner the team get a win, the better chance of a reasonable season, I reckon. It's not rocket science.
-
Good post. Would be nice if we could get regular updates on the rampant cronyism / true support angle..
-
Who might that be then ? You havent got a clue how I would react in that instance, dont even pretend you have..
-
We are addressing it. Andrew Davies is going to Stoke.
-
LOL. I remember that too. There is an element of our fan base that would think we were good but unlucky even if Paul Gascoigne were managing us........
