Why is expressing major disappointment at our best players being transfer listed and expressing concern over the ability of the youngsters to deal with the rigours of a season of CCC footbal regarded as "overly negative" ? These two points appear to be realistic issues to me.

Let's see how they respond to real competitive pressures before hanging out the bunting, yes ?

Indeed. I would prefer Saints to play pretty football with committed youngsters, but I want them to win more. Getting out of this godforsaken division is essential to the long-term future of this club. Some people on here seem to feel the oppositie. But if they have their way, the pretty football will be being player by different players each season as we flog the previous lot just to tread water...

I think so too. Lowe knows there is no better way to **** up-against-a-wall any goodwill and optimisim there is from the fan base at the moment than to push Killer out of the door to another club.

Ok, fair comment, but whether its enthusiastic kids getting tonked week-in week-out, or lazy old men, the net result is the same. I just think not enough focus is being made about the end product. We need results as well - some sh*t amongst all the farts...

Jesus, why is it so difficult to understand that low costs with low revenue is no better than higher costs with higher revenue ?? There is a colossally arrogant assumption doing the rounds that Lowe can slash and burn yet still rely on the same revenue whatever the results. Where this comes from, heaven knows, but its ridiculous..

Yep, completely agree. Some people should be ashamed. Supporting the new regime is one thing, blithey accepting the Gopsel they send down from Mount Siani over every issue is ridiculous.

Quite simple, He came on here and started attacking my viewpoint this morning. People in glass houses,etc... As for my opinion being fact - do you seriously deny this club has problems in both areas still ? I see this aura of optimisim surrounding the club at the moment as being no more than the usual on the eve of a new season - and it lasted about 15mins last season...
