its one thing saying its great to be linked to top players, but if this drags on too long we will miss other players. thats a fact. there comes a certain point when you just have to accept that to many things are aginst you. i think this is the case here

He can play on the right or left as well, watched him play for Saint-ettiene on ESPN last season and he was pretty good, i think he went off with injury though

There's no way Phillips wont leave now, whether it's to join us is a diffrent story. Also worth noting his new "long term" contract only gives him a wage of just less than £9,000 a week. Theres no way he'll settle for that now he is aware of premier league interest. He would double his wage with us, easily.
