Nope, too much start and stop for me. When he´s already beaten a player he loves to stop and make another dribble so I dont think he trusts his own speed either. Good player, imo overachieved the first half of last year and we should be thankful for that but not a player if we want to make that next step imo.

Ince are probably not moving in this window. He might sign for a new club but it will probably be a loan back to Blackpool-deal. Any examples of other teams that has had great impact in the THREE first games of the season? City, by losing to Cardiff?? Spurs, by only scoring two, both from penalties?? Liverpool, by only have impacts from players they already had last year attacking-wise. Mignolet and Kolo Toure defensively are players that has played a lot of years in PL so not the same thing? Norwich perhaps, but they (only) won against us. And we have no right to think we should walk over them, winnable yes but it´s a typical fifty-fifty game... Newly signed players very rarely has any impacts the first month, especially if they are new to PL........get used to that.

I have an idea. In january window lets buy players the first five days and if they doesn´t score in the first two-three games we can always sell them the last week in january!!

We were and it didn´t work out in that short time no. If we can go back to performing like that it probably will work out for us too. Or do you think teams have better chances of winning by performing bad and not produce more chances than their opponents??

(not that anyone is surprised though) I only talked about our performances in that original thread (cause that was the OP of that thread), not so hard to find it if you need to read it again. What I did say is that teams (not us specifically) statistically win more games if they produce more shots than their opponents. Those stats for us is different, but not what the thread was about.

Nothing much in that post to comment on actually besides what I answered too......you thought it was not (??) our best performance so far this year. I think it was. Different opinions, what to comment about then really...

So....we are basing our own performances on how other teams have played against our opponents now..... Hmm, Norwich beat Man United 1-0 at home last year.......are we winning the league this year then??
