Of course not, but that doesn't necessarily mean we'll sign someone specifically for the job. New signings Lovren and Forren can both play at full-back, and he may have plans to call on Calum Chambers or Matt Targett from the academy. Fox isn't our only cover by any stretch of the imagination.
-
Gonzalo Bueno is the only name that's made the press.
-
Why is that an 'obvious fact'? It is entirely plausible that Pochettino is happy with what he has - Shaw, Clyne and Fox with Forren, Lovren, Yoshida and Cork able to cover and academy players also available to step up. We might sign a full-back but it is not 'obvious fact'.

Alex Crook: #saintsfc interest in Nainggollen backs up what I have been told. That they want a striker, midfielder and winger to join cb Lovren
-
Funny that he mentions he plays for more than money.
-
The important thing is getting these top youngsters on long contracts. Player power is immense these days but when a kid has a 5-year contract he cannot leave for another club when he pleases. That's why Shaw signing in July is such a big deal - if he doesn't go anywhere this summer then he won't go next summer or the summer after, unless the club wants to sell.
-
Ah. Why did I think he was South American?
-
Who's an Italian international?
-
Ah, had never seen that quote. Seems somebody's misspoken then.
-
Or someone has different quotes?
-
You've misunderstood the 50% figure - they actually said they want 50% of academy graduates to make it into the first team, rather than half of the first team being graduates if that makes sense. I thought the same for a long time!

You're missing the point - this article is about illegal streaming.

Hmm? He'll only know if he's happy to join a club once he's spoken with its representatives and negotiated personal terms - something he doesn't want to do yet, because he's on holiday.
-
More sure than it is for us. The Celtic fans are right, though they don't give enough credit to the quality of the regular football in the Premier League. Money is the main reason we're more attractive than Celtic. The (very important) point being made there is that if we played in the SPL we wouldn't have any money either.
-
Except Dejan Lovren, the second most expensive signing in our history. And Jay Rodriguez, the third.
-
Don't really care.
-
Wait, so we're turning Morgan Schneiderlin, one of Europe's top tacklers and intercepters, into a playmaker? Talk about playing to your strengths.
-
Hindsight's a wonderful thing!
-
No he doesn't! Where on earth do people get this idea from? Schneiderlin's the one who needs to work on attacking product and he said himself that he's been doing that for a while.
-
That's a horrendous kit. Our history is eroding away at an alarming rate, we'll be playing in blue next.
-
People are bending over backwards to keep Cork in the team, aren't they?
-
I'm not sure it would. It's not as if Schneiderlin struggles to get forward when he's playing behind three, and that team would rely far too much on the full backs for width. Besides, Wanyama is a more offensive player than Cork any day.

How has Ramirez performed lately for Uruguay?

Curse Southampton for not even attempting to sign him! -
Presumably because you don't want to upset your source, who's bound you to confidentiality. Could be a friend, and even if not they're unlikely to give you more info in the future if you leak it. Not to suggest that more than a few ITKers here actually have a clue.
