http://www.whoscored.com/Players/22377/History/der Not the best record, but he's having a good season and probably won't cost a lot. Italian report seems to be based off the article penned by Alex Crook in The Mirror and he got the rumour from SportsDirectNews, so I wouldn't hold your breath on this one. http://www.microsofttranslator.com/bv.aspx?from=&to=en&a=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.corrieredellosport.it%2Fcalcio%2Fcalcio_mercato%2F2014%2F01%2F25-348397%2FCalciomercato%2C%2B%25C2%25ABEder%2Bal%2BSouthampton%2BInter%2Be%2BJuve%2Bsu%2BOsvaldo%25C2%25BB

Jesús Pérez on transfers: "It's not my responsibility to talk about this. We will see over the next few days." Obviously it is down to MP really, but it might suggest a shift of stance from Thursday when he was happy to say we would not be replacing Ramirez and Lovren. Also wouldn't comment on Osvaldo's future apparently

I think he'll wind up at Chelsea in the summer, and for more than 22m. Shaw is one of the hottest defensive talents in Europe and when the time comes to sell I would be shocked if there is only one club that tries to sign him.

lol Alex Crook got that Eder story from prominent bull****ters sportsdirectnews. http://www.sportsdirectnews.com/premier-league-news/39003-southampton-eyeing-serie-a-striker.php#.UuL8EbTFLIU

http://blogs.thescore.com/counterattack/2014/01/24/bandini-bungling-of-the-vucinicguarin-transfer-reveals-inters-incompetence/ Monday morning, news leaks of the deal Fans protest online over deal Ultras issue statement condemning club and their new owner/president for proposed deal and were preparing to march on the club's offices to protest in person. 6pm Tuesday Thohir caves in to fan pressure and pulls the plug
-
No because the Vucinic situation happened before this Osvaldo situation, pure coincidence and it would have certainly gone through if details of the deal were not leaked (Their new owner/president mistakenly thought transfers could be kept quiet in Italy). Of course it's a lucky break for us as it means Inter are still looking for a striker.
-
2 + 2 = 5 in this case as the sole reason the deal was called off was due to protest from Inter supporters who like the idea of the club straight swapping one of their key players for one of Juve's bench warmers http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/jan/22/juventus-inter-thohir-vucinic-guarin

Tackle in training he perceived to be a bit rough seems to be the prevalent rumour.

http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/10960112.Saints_players_back_club_s_Osvaldo_stance/?ref=var_0 Echo thinks Sevilla are also interested in Osvaldo
-
Would have been my first thought, but after Torres' injury I'm not sure they would let him go.

Who would be decent and available on a loan though?

Simon Peach @SimonPeach 2m It wasn't the bloodbath some are making out & Osvaldo did not use a sword (?!), but it does raise big questions over his #SaintsFC future.
-
I'd fly him to Milan myself if he did something that resulted in a Yoshida/Hooiveld CB partnership.
-
Something like this would have found it's way into a newspaper pretty quickly, takes some of the impact off the stories if the club has already informed fans of the incident and shown that they have taken action against him. He's let everyone at the club down, a standalone incident is not acceptable, but doing something that forces the club to suspend him just as a previous suspension for fighting on the touchline expires shows a disregard for the club, manager and team mates that brings into question whether or not he should be here.
