Yes and Lamberts skillset is completely innapropriate for our style of play, hence his appearances getting more and more limited and scoring pretty much never. With him wanting more England caps hell want regular football so no it's not remotely laughable to think he has no future here. Rodriguez meanwhile has scored more goals, looked more dangerous and suits our style of play perfectly, hence playing every game
