I think the talent is there (I honestly do) to equal last years team, however the cohesion isn't yet, and the tactics need a significant amount of work.

Yes. He has admittedly been quite poor today but the service has been shiit and groaning helps no-one. Positives for me today were Tadic (again) and Forster.
