What a load of cr@p. It's up to the two parties to decide the jurisdiction under which any contractual dispute is heard and it is generally determined in any contract that is agreed. Given that French law is based on a totally different system to most of the English speaking world, this will never happen.

The difference is that the democratic decision of the UK electorate will be respected. The Brexit party has made sure of that and there is a stampede of MP's from all major parties, with a GE in mind, lining up to support the side that won the referendum. The governing party that is democratically elected get to chose their leader. Whilst they are in power, their leader is then the PM...simple, really and why the election is referred to as the leadership election. Democracy happens when you get to elect your local representative.
