Classic Turkish trolling , new tangent , not addressing the point made but replying to another poster then posting about another poster questioning his behaviour 10/10 Turkish.

Getting rid of the deadwood is a Saintsweb solution which would open up the sun lit mountains in future . It is a necessary process which all clubs go through . Rich clubs do it without much comment because they have dozens of players on their books , loads on loan or in the junior ranks waiting to come through to the first team . Part of rich clubs strategy is to hoover up all decent looking players to deny other clubs their services and it is easier to check them out in house before selling them to poor clubs like Saints.

Hmmm more Turkish trolling , regardless of anybody’s comments Turkish has a slightly tangential comment at the same time as denying any prejudice or position on the subject , it is a proper trolling skill that most posters don’t possess.

Apart from VVD , who have been Saints outstanding CBs ? I remember Ron Davies , Alan Shearer , Terry Paine etc because they were always in the headlines as they were attackers but I can’t recall many outstanding defenders (due to old age)

Do you just get padding or do you get a wider seat ? The normal seats don’t have enough room between them does the padding make it worse ?

Klopp didn’t pick him much until the end of the season apparently but he put in a few reasonable performances which they judged him on . Vest came back with a new hair cut and seemed to get stuck in for a bit then dropped off a bit for us .

It is easy to see that everyone has an inbuilt bias , unconscious because it is how you see the world . Now can it be measured ? I would say not . We used to subjected to tests at work to find out what you thought and would you fit in to the required requirements for the job . It was a timed questionnaire which after a few questions I had no idea what box to tick as reason wasn’t involved. Needless to say I wasn’t scored highly , a bit of a joke as I already had position ! Other , in my opinion top managers , got sidelined because of the same test .

It has to be put in law before companies change , the Equal Opportunities Act was a good start although it turns out the Queen had an escape clause put in for the royal household as they were all white at the time ! Big business inc football clubs do all the PR stuff but the inequalities remain . Our current govt has learnt from the Trump advisers that if you start a culture war then you can sit back while both sides attack each other which makes the situation worse ,so you don’t have to address the problem . This has been demonstrated on here where we are throwing accusations at each other till we reach the usual stalemate . In football it is down to the clubs to ensure there are equal opportunities at their club , no need for gestures then .
