How about this then You want to buy an asset cheap. You realise the adminisrator has little time as it is a football club and the season is due to start. You want to get rid of the competition and so you put up a fall guy to get a exclusivity period and so eat up loads of time. The money paid to get it will be earned back many folds, at the same time the state of the company is seen. You come out of that time and stall for more, this then eats up even more time until it gets to the stage that the administrator takes a massive knock on the price.A valuable asset bought at a snip and the customer base is happy as it looks as though it was to be gone, they are even stupid/desperate enough to stomach a massive point penalty as well, mugs. All fiction and far from the truth as there is no way the people involved would countenance it but if it were pompey!!

not yet, BUT IT IS GETTING CLOSE
-
the club needed 500k to keep going. It was Frys only way of raising it by granting that.
-
Fry's not making them pay to see the books now. lol

well give us the facts not hearsay. The only fact i can see is that MLT is happy to be chairman. The multi million pound owner has now become a multi tude and unable/unwilling to put down any money. -

Hold on , Im fully aware of our state as a club. The site did not put forward MLT as the face of the bid, the site did not say they had a bidder worth hundreds of millions, this site did not change from a single buyer to a consortium, this site did not push forward the man who is reportedly not superwealthy and added to that this site did not let fans believe that KK may be the manager -
Well I asked is it true did the players got stroppy. The answer was no. perhaps a little artistic license by Wotte?
-
Not as chairman though. He is not nasty enough IMO
-
with the Swiss franc gaining about 30% on the pound and also us being a snip it is a good time for the Swiss to buy.A positive to consider perhaps
-
Fry will have to go cap in hand and tell Barclays and Aviva why he f####d up. That will be amusing from my standpoint, he has treied to be smart and at this moment seems to have been too clever for his own good. As I put elsewhere I assume 5m will probably get us this time next week.
-
well that has been categorically denied from people I know who were there!! They arent very talkative but when I asked that I got a very terse reply. Not a good mood there.
-
I would think Salz's crew would be the most likely to buy now. They will come in a heroes saving the club even though we will be on -25 and they will have a good deal. They win all ways
-
but we are in breach of their contracts and so technically they can be seen as void as we didnt pay the wages
-
Fry has a big problem now i would assume, he has not got a buyer and Barclays and Aviva who were expecting to get 10-12m will be looking at best 5m. The fans will now be looking just to have a club even if it means -25, so perhaps a couple of non fan bidders will now see a wonderful opportunity, buy a good asset for say £5-6m, the club will survive and we will accept -25 and not complain, in fact be grateful!!! I wonder how MR Fry at barclays will be seen by his bosses after not supporting us late last season. The overdraft that was coming down and payments being met and now they will get very little returned,Lol and hi m a saints fan well done Fry at Barclays and people said agent Redknapp.
-
we'll still have players, the ones who are injured or on fantastic contracts they cant get elsewhere, the ones who cant run shoot or pass.....looks like a full squad then
-
somebody needs to go and shake Dubai Phil out of his stupor and get things going from some arab, unless being at Glastonbury is just a cover
-
well if they came up with some money it would not be such a problem except manager and FL CVA etc etc.
-
i can see where you are coming from Kinsland but the statements are coflicting and so people are rightly alarmed. Are you confident of it concluding?
-
Regardless of who the money men are, I believe in Matt Le Tissier!

If i had said I was buying it and by paying the money to stop it being liquidated and also preventing others from getting it yes i would, as i was either committed to it or not. It was obvious and many stated so, that you offer at worse case levels and factor in the -10. That would have given them a price they wanted to pay.To go into exclusivity it would mean that the price was agreed by both parties, so job done. I still think that the original money has left and the scenario where they bought in haste and now WE may have to repent at leisure ps a businessman, doesnt mean a good one, lol -
i had hoped for an update but nothing, perhaps the meeting was late in starting and not finished yet.
-
Morning Ginge, I may have bigged you up sooner than I should have. £150m man , i dont think that particular investor is of that worth

i dont need to shut up, it is not me who is not coming up with the promised goods and been shown up with inaccurate statements. It has been shot to pieces and unless the money is paid up now the should walk away so we can grieve in peace. LC will lick his wounds, MLT will still be a hero to us but mortally wounded in the football world for being mugged by a freind. Yes it is too early to put up the epitaph and I really do want to be wrong but I cant see Pinnacle being theo wners unless they apy up the wages etc today. It is not right for us to expect LC to yet again put his hand into his pocket. He should find the other groups andoffer his support to them to see if they can do it. -
