To be fair with a speeding ticket you know the fines are set, I doubt anyone in football would feel that expulsion would be the penalty, especially after the first one issued gave a minimal penalty

Surely if the players and staff were against him he'd be gone by now.The fans look to be split 50-50 but a well thought out apology, a few players giving their support, us buying a couple of players (Peretz?) and that split will become far more favourable. Sounds wonderful but there is the tricky subject of finance. We cant keep all those players, we need money to come in to cover our losses. I suspect some players would have gone even if we had gone up.

I think we are still a great family club and always will be. In my time watching Saints I have lived through quite a few unsavoury back and front page revelations, Higgins (who was there under 2 of our most cherished heroes), Grobbelaar match fixing, the rape incident in Sweden, stories of brown envelope payments, how the younger players were treated by the senior pros in the 70's there will be others Im sure that Ive forgotten. These all are worse IMO than sending an intern with an iphone to get info.

I cant believe fans think they should have refunds on games they've attended. We attended the games and received the entertainment expected. The club will be under extreme financial pressure and cant afford freebies. As for Scott Parker pleaaaaaaaase!!!
