With whats going on at the moment regarding the situation with the Pinnacle bid, i doubt that this game is on the rador with most of you at the moment BUT there has already been plenty of interest in Totton regarding this fixture so we expect the game to sell out. So please be aware that the tickets will go fast.

Hey 'Cloth' - who will you be supporting?

I'd wear a Totton shirt with a Saints scarf tied round my wrist.

Had L*** turned up with 'his' club then it would have been 100% for Totton but assuming the take-over thing goes thru then no way can I want a Le Tiss led Saints to lose - that's not in the blood (but there again nor is wanting Totton to lose!!).

Luckily it's only a friendly. 6-3 to Saints would be a good final score. Yes, Totton are 'Man U in disguise'.

Hope the night goes well for you mate.

Hey Rut, I doubt I will get to see much of the match as I will be running around doing stuff. Its just an honour for the club to be hosting Saints. As you know Saints have been the club I have loved and supported for 34 years. Its bloody good of Saints to come and play us. Totton have grown on me as a club in a big way and that is why I now volunteer to help out at the club. With the new stadium at Calmore now being given the go ahead, exciting times could be on the horizon for us.

As we all know a massive majority of Totton fans are Saints fans anyway, so July 7th will be a special occasion for all of us. I gather the club are getting some special Totton v Saints scarves done commemorating the fixture. The organising of this game has been taking up a fair bit of my time since the fixture was confirmed a few weeks ago and I have had loads of people asking about tickets since Saints gave us the go ahead to publisise the match, we just hope it all goes to plan and everybody enjoys what will be a 'very' special night for AFC Totton.

Can I ask how many tickets are available?

I already have mine, but want to assess quite how early I should get there to get a front row view.

I think I've been in a crowd of 1,200 or so before. What is the upper limit available? 3k?

Thanks

Its brilliant for Totton to be playing Saints. It hasn't happened at first team level since the 1880's, yes i know it is a friendly but we ( AFCT ) are VERY excited about this game.

3.....

The sales have been OK considering the uncertainty surrounding Saints. We expect 2000-2500 for the game. We were hoping to sell out before the game and we are hopefull that may still happen, especially if the takeover is completed before the game.

For any fans planning on being at Testwood Park who have not yet purchased their ticket we have recieved permission to sell tickets from the Asda superstore in Totton on saturday morning from 9 untill 1. They will be on sale at the Car Park end of Asda. We will also be selling tickets from Testwood Park on saturday morning from 9 untill 1.

We are open tonight and tomorrow from 7pm till 9pm,

As well as saturday we will be open on Monday 6th from 7pm till 9pm.

We will also be selling tickets on the day of the game (Tue July 7th) from 10am untill 4pm.
