AP has said in a few interviews that he looks for and likes players that give 8/10 performances each week.

 

I'm sure he has told the players 8/10 minimum - if you cant do it regularly then I will find someone that can.

 

New start for everyone, new owners, new manager, upbeat (big) crowd and live on Sky. If they cant give 100% today then they are in the wrong career.

Trouble is, 100% of a Wotton or Pulis level performance might still not be enough to do the business. However, you're absolutely right - I will be extremely hacked off if the team is not well prepared and looking not up for it.
