dickyhale Posted 16 August, 2009 Share Posted 16 August, 2009 Did anybody have the problem at the stadium where the people at the ground didn't accept the 20 pound notes. Tryed to put a bet on Rickie Lambert but they didn't accept it. Tryed to buy a program they wouldn't accept it. We sent them a letter in the post complaining about it. Had to sit at the ground with nothing to eat and drink at half time. Still in huddersfield now just about to stay up in blackpool. Write back if you had the same problem about the notes. badgerx16 Posted 16 August, 2009 Share Posted 16 August, 2009 I paid with a £20 at the hot dog stall, no problem, but then again I was with a group in the family stand; maybe it was just the away end ? ( They are all a bit Royston Vasey round there;); they claim to be "THE Yorkshire club", totally discounting Leeds, Barnsley, and the 2 Sheffield sides ). kpturner Posted 16 August, 2009 Share Posted 16 August, 2009 Could we have a more relevant thread title?
sotonjoe Posted 16 August, 2009 Share Posted 16 August, 2009 Maybe it was your fake notes they didn't like.

Who was on the back of your £20 note? Was it Adam Smith or Sonic the Hedgehog?
