Bartosz Bialkowski Posted 10 September, 2009 Share Posted 10 September, 2009 I was interested to see how many games teams in League One have drawn over a season and still achieved promotion. Over the previous four seasons, the league winning teams drew a considerable amount, all above 10 games. Only Notts forest who drew a massive 16 games would have missed out on a play off position with a 10 point deduction. Leicester drew 15 - 10 points above 6th Nottingham Forest drew 16 - 6 points above 6th S****horpe drew 13 - 12 points above 6th Southend drew 13 - 11 points above 6th We can still do this, its far from impossible

Bartosz Bialkowski Posted 10 September, 2009 Author Share Posted 10 September, 2009 ..............anyway, back in the real world... I was interested in past history, actual statistics. Our team is good enough to be winning every week. So, if we turn things around, is promotion possible? The answer.... in the real world....... Yes :tfrag:

Murdock Posted 10 September, 2009 Share Posted 10 September, 2009 I reckon we'll draw more than we lose, so the question is; are capable of winning more than we draw? What's the stats on that :-k

Murdock Posted 10 September, 2009 Share Posted 10 September, 2009 excellent and in only 6 minutes too.. Given the start we've had I'll take that, albeit reluctantly.
