.....of what looks like (on paper) a good squad. Well done AP and coaches/ scouts/ trainers.

 

Even with Murty still out, the back line looks good, and with Kelvin still here- everyone is happier. We have so many combinations of midfielders esp.with Hammond and Schneiderlin... that even Wotton is worth his squad place now, and we have an eager group of Academy lads in line, too....and hopefully we can retain the loan guys past january.

 

Lambert/Lallana both have service now up front and who knows what an asset Papa Weigo will become(?).and David Connolly hasn't even set foot on the pitch yet

 

We'll need a squad in depth, with a 46 game season AND Cup games to come ..plus play-offs ? ,injuries and suspensions (hopefully) will be at a minimum. It's still a long way to May, but I'm more encouraged now than for a long time.

Completely agree. Happier than I have been in years. There's such a good buzz at the moment 1000 supporters at a7.45 Friday game who sang their hearts out for 94 minutes says it all for me.

 

Just a bit of a bugger about the -10 otherwise Id now put us in serious contention.

Totally agree, watching the match and before that the coaches preparing the players i came away with a strong feeling that something good is starting too happen. Can only see us moving forward from here.

I would say we are now becoming a team in the true sense of the word. Cant wait for next game.
