In 02 in Japan almost everyone I met was an expat who had got their tickets the same way and were more rugby fan profile than Engerland Uber fan. Just seemed odd that's all. They ain't gonna be coming back It is possible to do it but it needs planning and almost military style logisitcs planning to get around.
