Hello. Another delicious Dog thread. If we didn't have TMS, there'd be no Dog, I'm thinking.

 

Of course, you posted it because it is gruesome, but that old women has either been beaten up badly, and lost her eye, or has been in an accident. The maggots are to clear up any remnants and potentially infected tissue.

 

Poor woman is my reaction. Was that the response you were expecting..?

Maggots are used in this country to help clear up leg ulcers.
