She is looking for 'guinnea pigs' who she can help plan their wedding free of charge, in the hope that you will refer her to your friends / family in the future. If you / you know someone who is getting married, please contact me and I will put you in touch with her. From my experience, there is a real need for this, because the great majority of suppliers' customer service is shocking, and, because they know what happens when, they assume that you do to - which is obviously not always right.
