The best British show I have seen for a very long time, and definitely the best British sci-fi/fantasy series I've ever seen. You can't beat a good zombie cat .... See if you can watch it from the start. A lot of fun to be had there. I think the cheerleaders thing was a riff on "Save the Cheerleader" from Heroes Of course, Misfits being what it is, they went in a different direction.
