The audiobook version is excellent, has a great cast and I suspect will be with you a lot longer than what I suspect will be Yet Another Effects Film. Fantastic book and ripe for adaptation as a mini-series or maybe a few films. Trying to fit everything into a linear story revolving around a central character smacks of typical Hollywood arrogance and ego.
