We scored a good goal and started the game well but then conceded two soft goals Stoke are a very hard-working side and it was tough to get back into the game after that. They are probably the toughest, most physical side in the league, so it was always going to be hard to get that third goal Of course it is very disappointing that we took the lead twice and we weren’t able to maintain it In the second half we increased our intensity and were doing quite well in the second half, but in the end it wasn’t to be despite the weather, the most positive aspect is that the team tried to play the way it always does – to try and dominate the game and get the win Overall, the final result is disappointing, but we need to give credit where credit is due.
