She’s just won the CrossFit games womens masters for the 3rd year in a row. This makes her the fittest women on earth in her age group 3 years in a row. As a recreational CrossFit athletes who has competed at local level I cannot begin to tell you how hard this is. You have to be world class at running, rowing, gymnastics, weight lifting jus to qualify for the final. The fittest guy in my gym didn’t even make the top 25% in the UK. She trains at CrossFit Southampton.
