McLaggon out for the season?

Nope, they are definately trying to pass off that white goalkeeper as McGlaggon

The report says he was carried off during a regular training session. The picture is obviously nothing to do with the report, as it is blindingly obvious that it is during a match, the clues would be the referee or assistant whichever and the St Johns Ambulance staff - you don't usually get refs and St Johns at traiing sessions. HTH.

Is this report true? Real shame for the lad (and us) if it is. Thought he looked very good at times & offered a threat going forward when coming on fresh in a game.

Hopefully the OS can verify the report...

Typical of a situation where young / ínexperienced players have to train harder to be in the first team squad instead of getting by on 20 games a season in a youth team. He's not the only one to have had injuries like this, but "seasoned profs." are often fit enough to get over these things quicker.

Its a good point worth debating. Seems to me that our youth have been injured more which could mean one of two things:

1. Not robust enough yet (which sort of explains why most Premiership teams bring in their young players for part of a game and build them up gradually).

2. Trying too hard to make up for deficiencies in their game.
