IMO he shouldn't be blamed for every error, poor performance and defeat, managers can only do so much and its the players that play the game, but if you're of the opinion that the buck stops with him, no matter what, then he must be credited with every win too.

Have to say that Ryan Kent was always the player that caught my eye when I watched Rangers. Don't really understand the Echo article suggesting they want to avoid Aribo walking on a free. He's got 18 months left on his contract. Feels like an agent-placed story to help Aribo get a new contract offer to me.

I didn't know that. Our scouting is better than I thought. I watched him in the Old Firm games in his first season and he didn't set the world on fire. He didn't play in the first Old Firm game I watched last season, but looked quite good in the second one. Has he been playing well for them this season?

good point. Maybe a loan for a `skill' type player like Minamino, but even that might be difficult.

If he plays like he did against Spain this year, then it's a massive "fuck yes" from me.

Another player I touted on here. Not sure why weren't we interested in him when he was available on a free from Charlton in 2019. Clearly talented. Jumping two divisions may have been a tall order. I guess the years at Rangers may have improved him and readied him for the big stage.

pretty fair assessment. Don't score those brilliant out of nothing goals and pretty much everyone would be going stir crazy. Very happy to get a point. Not happy with the performance. There will be days when we play better and opponents will score the out of the blue goals, so will take the point and hope for better.

the manager watches the players in training every day playing attack vs defence and full 11 v 11 stuff. If he isn't dominating opponents or even preventing attackers doing their stuff (with our limited attack) then why trust him to do it on match day against better players? He's played games too. Has he impressed you in those games? He ain't impressed me. Passive is how I would describe his displays so far. Having a left footed left back is better than right footer playing there. But that doesn't mean we are better off with Perraud. KWP is the superior player, currently. Its frustrating watching him at left back though I must admit. If Perraud is any good he will force his way into the side. If not, then questions need to be asked about our scouting.

the press in the first half was a complete mess. Even Palace beat it, leaving two or three forwards completely out of the game and the midfield short handed. All the forward bomb on dont get goal side. Its ugly.
