I am very interested in who we choose for the next manager. Going to be an interesting summer for sure.

Yep another good choice, but does not fit in with the style of football we are playing at the moment.

Laudrup or Frank De Boer for me.

Appointing Frank De Boer or Ladrup as they would fit our style. The work that has been done at Ajax, that would be a perfect fit. Then keep hold of our players and then end above spurs! I feel that players will leave, but we will have huge amounts of money in the bank. We re-build and look to stay up next season and then build again from there.

What a huge blow this is to the club. I am now fearing the worse. I think the players will see this as a huge step backwards after NC leaving and now Poch. The rebuilding starts here and I feel, it is back to a scrap for premier league survival, rather than looking to break into the top 6. I was hoping out of all hope that he would stay and was convincing myself that he was, but after NC left, my fears are being realised with Poch following and now I think the main core of the team. It has been a fantastic 5 years, but I have a terrible feeling it is coming to an end!

Don't agree, that is football. If we had beaten them, do you think we would have given them stick? Of course we would, that goes with the territory of football. Man up!

Poch is staying a Saint, but I do have a feeling it will only be for next season. But hey Ho, he is staying. Now onto keeping the team together, which again I think we will........ For a season. Of course if we progress on this season, next season, I think they will stay again. It has to be top 6 I think next season.... This could be a tough ask, but keep the management and next the players and add a couple..... Who knows! All I can say is Mopo staying is an excellent start.

Right he left because his and the boards vision did not match! Done! Now it looks like we do not have a vision, or the board are trying to figure one out. While this goes on everyone, the manager, players and fans are in limbo!

He has not said he wants to go! He has just gone off to the World Cup!

But we can move on to another challenge.

Because they do not see progression, what can you not see? If we still had the vision together as one, they would stay. The whole concept that the club bought into, to get us from league 1 to where we are now. We all were together as one. It seems we are struggling to keep this vision together, but there is obviously work going on behind the scenes to keep the vision together!

But you can only get so far with out the money and we are obviously at this point now. You can only produce a certain amount of youth players that will cut it. Yes we have been successful with this, but we need to keep them together and at a couple of world class players and we could have taken the step into Europe. I believe the owners wanted to shift a few players on..... I really have no ides, but one thing is for sure, NC was fantastic for our club, so yes I would welcome him back!

That is bull****. It seems like he could not get the backing to take the club forward. I do not know what backing this was, money? Keeping the players? Bigger wages budget? Extending the ground, or the area around the ground? I just do not know. But like the players, if they feel we cannot push on, they will move on. If I become static in my job, I will move on. It is not about quitting, it is about ambition!

That's right and that is why he left. This is why our manager may leave and our top players. Whoever is chairman, they need the serious backing to push on or we will be back to lower half premier league football again. Why can we not push on?

I also do not understand why you do not push the boat out a bit, if you have the money. If you do not, then what is the point? You are never going to make money, unless they put the club up for sale. Come on the board, stump up the cash, push on or put the for sale signs up! Perhaps they will stump up?

At the blink of an eye! Delivered all that he wanted. We will never know what we would have achieved over the next 2 seasons with the backing of the board.

Perhaps he is lining up a skate takeover!
