Don't get me started about the itchen bridge. The fact that they were supposed to stop charging for it, once it was paid off!! I hate these money making schemes, we pay road tax for goodness sake!! I never used it when I lived in Southampton from 1993 - 1996 and then again from 2001 - 2006, I just went over the northam bridge of cobden bridge in Bitterne. Bloody disgrace!!

Is Miley Cirus on the verge of some sort of break down?

reminds me a little bit of Britney Spears........ her like that **** of a bloke who keeps getting arrested, their management need to sort them out. If it is the managements idea, then they need to change manager! -
Good read... Did not even know that the Walkabout had gone. When I lived in Southampton my and my wife used to go to the Walkabout before every game. 2002-2005. Did some really nice nachos..... yummy!!

Are people really still talking about being safe.... OMG! Let just see if we can get 6th. Everton and Man U fail to win today and we pick up 3 points, it will look back on! COYR!!!! Oh and for your information and you may not like it, but Nolan is West Ham's best player.

Good read, thank you.

I am 40 this year and still do not know what I want to do for a career!

Yep!

Win today 1-3

3 points today, will help me get over the Sunderland game a little and 3 points at home to Liverpool would be good as well. Lose today and I will only question our thought process in not giving 2 hoots about the FA Cup!

I really hope that he has a good game.

Excellent post. If I had to choose to go to one game this season, I was waiting for the semi final, then if we won I am sure I could have found the money for the 2nd game. As it is we are out, so now I am looking at the remaining games and I will choose one. That is because of my situation this season. I would love to be able to afford to go to every game, believe me!

Every single one at a neutral ground, and probably most, if not all of them for Wembley. The Final we would easily sell out. Just look at the JPT final. We are starved of success, so when we get that close, most will grab it will both hands. Look at my situation this season, our best season for years and I have not been able to get to a game. You could bet your life, if we got to a semit final and final, I would have found the way of getting to the game and find the money. I could also justify it, but cannot justify going to league games at the moment.

Agreed and well said. I think it probably is the younger generation, who have grown up with the missing magic of the FA Cup. Even to relive the semi final and final of 2003 would be amazing and I hope to find out how it feels to win the thing!

I do think it has all gone a little bit over the top. He is right, that team could have beaten Sunderland, but for some reason they really did not look to bothered and because of that reason we are out. With it the season end with regards to any chance of silverware and any chance of European football. We could have been just 2 wins from Europe, like in 2003. For those saying we would still have to beat Arsenal and Man City..... Wigan did, so I am bloody well sure we could!

Is that a Saturday lunchtime? I will not be going now! Boo
-
But they are winning!
-
I am still a little disappointed about Saturday and fans of other clubs at work could not understand why we were not looking to win the cup this season. Best the Hammers and then Liverpool at home and that 6th spot will be getting closer! Hopefully!

They did completely over spend for what they achieved in recent years!
-
Also surely it is about now. We had the chance to progress in the cup and we did not take it. We might then have got Wigan or Man City. I just hope that the club know what they are doing. Surely a cup run is much better for the club in the media than a couple of league positions. Also the money from a cup run is pretty good and if you get to the final all the extra merchandise they would shift is amazing. I can only think that the club believe the 6th stop is still possible?

What are be basing this bigger and smaller on? I think the goalposts move all the time and then you have to take history into account. Skates?

I do not care how or which players try and gloss over it. Today was terrible and their heads were not right. Just look at the rest of the season, it just does not fit in!

What a blinking day, gutted again! Accey today. Brentford Wolves Rotherham Chesterfield Fleetwood Oxford Rochdale Southend Barnet Luton Nuneaton Motherwell 11 won, 1 lost (the one that lost were 2-1 with 8 minutes left) £3 would have been a return of £1,200!!!! balls!
