  1. If jrod was injured or not, I would hope we would be signing a new striker or 2 anyway?
  2. Has it sold out yet?
  3. I fecking hate Spurs! Oh and West Ham!

    Sad news
  5. But we won at Anfield and kept a clean sheet..... Go Saints!!!
  6. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26840066
  7. I do not think they will get anything. Did we not miss out on a payoff because we had been in administration? Think it was the Bale money. Also 1million for the skates will not do them any good!
  8. I did not think that they were that great today, but other seasons they would have lost that game! Would be fitting for them to beat Man City on the 25th anniversary of the Hillsborough and go on to lift the trophy. I would love Gerrard to lift the league title, then set off to Brazil!
  9. And to have kept a clean sheet at Anfield this season so far was the mighty Southampton FC. The last team to beat them at Anfield was WBA in February 2013. The last team to keep a clean sheet at Anfield was Everton in May 2013. 0-0. I thought I would get this in before they play at home to Man City next Sunday.... But still I think Liverpool will beat them. I thought this was a pretty good stat!
  10. To sum this up, we do not really know. I think the time to reflect is during the summer/preseason. I think the club are in a strong position at the moment and the only way we can push on is to try and keep everyone together. I think it will either be a completely new rebuilding process or the manager stays and most stay. I am just guessing and only time will tell. I am going to enjoy the rest of the season first and secure that 8th spot!

Yes I still feel he needed to keep knocking in the goals from now to the end of the season. At best he could hope 2/3 weeks, but my gut feeling is that the injury will make the decision for Roy!
  12. Well Chelsea 3-0 Stoke, concludes the last games for today. I have enjoyed pretty much talking to myself!
  13. I'm over this now.
  14. This is good news, but what state will he be in?
  15. As I am going on a pre Easter break, paid for my mother-in-law with the family up in Cumbria from Wednesday 9th -16th, I thought I would go to the Scottish cup semi final. The game is weirdly being played at Ibrox and the game is Dundee United V Rangers. (Only weird because the neutral ground is one of the semi finalists home ground). Having never been to Glasgow and not to a game. I was wondering what to expect. Is it hostile and will it be hostile towards away fans? I am in the Dundee United end. Tickets were £15 and train fair from Carlisle £9. So I thought for the experience, this was an excellent price. I thought it was far to good to pass up this opportunity! Have any of you been to neutral games in a different country? What have your experiences been like?
  16. We should batter them, we really should. Anything but a win for me would be disappointing!
  17. Well he corrected the translation of his translator! He knows far more English than he lets on!
  18. Does Oakley still play for them? I take it he is in the lower leagues now. Is he coaching? He was a great passer of the ball.
  19. Some knock in training that is!
  20. What final is it? Really at Wembley? Crazy!
  21. Quite like Leicester away!
  22. Can see Norwich winning at home to Arsenal on the last day and staying up. But that is a tough run in. I have been saying Norwich have been terrible all season. I think if Fulham beat Norwich next week, Norwich will go down. If Bournemouth lose to Reading, it is all over for them this season, win and all to play for. It is going to be a great end to the season all over the leagues though. The skates are not safe, they go to Dag and Red and then home to Bristol Rovers, before going to Northampton then finishing at home to Bury. There are a couple of 6 pointers in there. lose them and they will be right back in it!
  23. I do not know why I put Staines in that list! But Eastleigh are 5 points clear of 2nd place with 2 games in hand with 6 games left!!! Cannot believe they could be in the conference next season!
  24. With Bromley, Staines and Sutton all losing and Eastleigh winning. Eastleigh are in such a strong position at the top of the table.
  25. I thought it was pretty much the same when he was in charge of us. He is not that great really is he!
