People may be saying that we are not playing premiership temas - but what we must remember is that we are far from a premiership team ourselves. As always with Saints, nothing is simple, nothing is taken for granted except that we will be woefully inconsistent and that the team will put the supporters through the wringer.

I would imagine that their gates would do as ours did. We went from 15,400 up to 30,000ish straight away when we moved. They will then suffer the same fate as us - spending limited by new stadium debt - no new players, performances drop off, less investment in the team, relegation etc. Why £160 to build a stadium? Get an identikit one like ours for much less. I know there's inflation but if you need to progress with a new stadium why insist on some fancy architects mad cap idea. Keep it simple - you kno wit's what you do best!!!

You may be suprised to know that in Denmark Carlsberg and Tuborg are owned by teh same company and in fact the beers are IDENTICAL - even though some Danes will tell you they can taste the difference. I went to the Tuborg brewery and they were bottling carlsberg - Special brew is brewed only for the UK. Can you still get Tuborg in the UK? Haven't seen it for years.

My local is Woodies in New Malden. Hidden round the back. It's an old sports pavillion and the walls and ceilings are covered in sports memorobilia. It's got a beer festival this weekend and the wife and kids are away . . . . . .
