  1. Could well have been Kevin Moore, that's what I thought at the game. Also could also be for Richard Chaplow, wife was 8 months pregnant and they sadly lost the baby this week. I've seen that was the reason for Lambert's "Teddy" t-shirt too.
  2. Together We Stand (even though we're not allowed to) - Together We Are The Saints (apart from that Italian banker at the front of the director's box who is always on his own). Hmm. Doesn't quite scan, does it?
  3. Pah, why bother? We won't understand a fecking word he's saying, he needs an interpreter, FFS.
  4. Single is £8 without railcard!
  5. It's illegal to drink alcohol on any method of pre-booked/ticketed road transport to and from football matches. Coaches, minibuses, official or not, all fall into the same category.
  6. Return from Manchester to Wigan is £8.20, takes about 40 minutes. Unless you have Railcards, in which case it comes down to around that figure - we've got five doing that journey on the day, with Network and Disabled Railcards it's working out at £17.70 for all five of us, works out at £3.54 each on average.
  7. Will take £40, don't want them to go to waste!
  8. Anyone fancy these tickets? We've ended up with these by accident and need them gone. Collection in Southampton, or drop-off within a reasonable distance of London if necessary. £50 the pair.
  9. Surely us "displaced" season ticket holders will get a match ticket, can't see how they can load our card with access when it will show details of the seat we can't sit in!
  10. Tokyo - I'm currently making an absolute killing on eBay, have been for the last 3 months, so thanks for your "often wondering" (how often, dare I ask?) concern. Just had this crazy idea that, seeing as there's a lot of local people on here, it would save cocking about with eBay. Admittedly, the title could've been a bit more enticing, but anyway. Back to The Muppet Show with you all...
  11. Yes, good old Argos! Beech in colour, top half is a three shelf cabinet with glass shelves and doors, bottom half is a 2 door cupboard. 1.8m tall, 0.7m wide, 0.4m deep. Has a light in the top of the glass doored section. Years old but in good nick and perfectly usable, cost £100, £25 and it's yours. Collection ideally, or can poss deliver if local (Southampton), pics available on request.
  12. Regardless of whether you guys are interested in buying or not, would be interested to know how much you think they might be worth - haven't sold any shirts for years!
  13. There he is! Just in case anyone else is interested, this is what we have: It's Jan-Paul Saeijs short sleeve away shirt (the grey one, 2008-2009) worn at Nottingham Forest vs Saints 3rd May 2009. Can vouch for it's authenticity as we caught it when it got chucked into the crowd at the end of the game! The other two aren't player shirts, have just compared them up to the Prutton one I have from the same year (and that's going nowhere!), but if anyone's interested in a short sleeve Crouch printed shirt, or a long sleeved signed, printed (including badges) Jamie Redkrapp shirt, lemme know!
  14. Have completely forgotten who it is on here that is interested in these sorta things, despite me having sold some before! Anyway, I have three I've just dug out from the collection that I'm looking to dispose of, anyone interested in finding out more?
  15. Absolutely no chance. If they brought 4,800 down, I certainly wouldn't have been in my season ticket seat in 42. They'd have had the entire Northam, and we don't ever get moved for League games. That only happens for Cup matches if full allocation is taken (which is also nowhere near that figure) and, IIRC, has only happened for Man Utd and Pompey Cup games, and the FA Cup 1/4 final in 2003?
  16. Christ. That just reminds me I own 32 of those shirts.
  17. 4 of us.
  18. Indeed. And having been there 6 months ago, they can shove their £39.
  19. Come on then Mr s_i_t_s, where's the updates? Would be good to keep track of it all still. £15 for West Brom, barrrrrgain!
  20. That's the one. Used to do their banking with me when I first took on my current role, changed after about 12/18 months.
  21. I contacted the big 4 yesterday via Twitter regarding nano-sims, particularly availability of them on PAYG for new customers. All have confirmed that they will have them available, either in store or to order, by Friday at the latest, some are already making them available. This also applies to existing customers and contracts. In addition Three are currently issuing them on fixed term and rolling contracts, no word yet on PAYG. I don't think there's going to be any major issue with availability, giffgaff being the obvious exception to that rule. Just need to work out what I'm going to do now!
  22. The giffgaff deal is indeed spot on - they're looking at changing it slightly, but the sam deal with unlimited data for £13 instead of a tenner. The only issue is these pesky new nano-sims - they're thinner as well as smaller, so not as easy to cut down. The networks all seems to have totally cocked up over providing sim-only nano's, and for new customers it's impossible to get one at the moment unless you go with three. Giffgaff's won't be ready for months, apparently. =/ So, Mr Essruu, seeing as you tend to be the man in the know, am I right in thinking you are already on Three, or is that just for your iPad deal at the moment? They're offering a £12.90 sim-only deal on a one month rolling contract, tempted to jump on that until giffgaff sort their **** out, but have heard horror stories about coverage being shocking...
  23. Already on two week despatch for every model online. The power of the brand strikes again. Good job hubby got our order in early. =)
  24. Roll on 6pm!
