Oh no you can't, and you haven't been able to for a good couple of years. Online or by phone only, and only use the official Government website - they are free, always have been, and unless there's a massive change in legislation, always will be. As for the latter discussion regarding recommended travel insurance, that the Post Office can do. They've won best insurance provider for 6 years on the bounce now, and is the only provider to pay a valid claim within five days. Had to claim on my annual policy last year, and it was the most straightforward, hassle free insurance claim I have ever had to make.

I bought hubby Apple TV for Xmas, unbeknown to me he bought us an iPad to share! Having great fun playing with streaming from our iPad and our iPhone's - nice surprise that it works from hubby's 3GS as well as my 4S, as a chappie in the Apple store told us it wouldn't! Happy Christmas indeed!
