I would have liked to have seen how the team respond after the debacle last week before taking him on. It’s a big moment to see how a team bounces back. The pressure on him would have been good to judge how he will deal with things. i think there will be more Millwall type games than Sheffield wed. i wonder who else applied or was approached feels like this was the answer for them all along

Until we got ahead Leicester could have scored and I think with our mentality the result might have been different. Today really showed up the capability of the defence against a strong team. we need to be sure that Tonda can influence games when up against it and can stabilise this bloody awful defence. I’ve not seen enough to believe he can direct and change this defence. Even with absolutely shyte players it still lacks structure and the techniques of the basics. I think that we will see a lot more of today’s stuff if we keep him as mgr. I like him but he needs to work alongside someone with more experience. I do wonder if today’s players are bothered about learning how to play a position in a team or just turn out wear a shirt and deal with what happens when it happens

Sad thing is I think today is more the team we are. Last 4 games have been great but has felt at full pelt but we still have the underlying shit mentality and shit defence who think tapping it around at the back is the way to a sound defence. Add that to no ability to manage positions in a game and voila this is what we get and will continue to get.

This is why we need to sort this defence out. Been absolute shit for years

Yesterday was a breath of fresh air and was great to see a team move the ball fast and with purpose. For me I would say we will not know how good he is as a manager though until we see how he faces a loss or two. How he deals with losses and how he can turn a loss around with a next game win will show us how good he is. I still hate our defence and keeper though I think we got away with a couple yesterday, imagine two of them going in early in a game and we will be up against it again…. This might be my scars showing 😂
