Last year, febuary I went on my annual snowhunt, decided on Montreal after looking at weather history, no chance of missing snow. It didn't snow but as I left basingstoke the worst blizzards for 20 years hit the hideous town, I am a snow Jonah. Last 4 years snowhunts. Norway - No snow Scottish highlands - no snow Tallinn - no snow Montreal - no snow This year I have gone for Vienna, I expect no snow
