Why do we keep chipping it straight to them?
-
Sorry, but Lambert has been gash so far. And looks completely disinterested.
-
Passing's atrocious.
-
Fox playing. Loss.
-
Our lot couldn't nail a cross even if it was from David Beckham
-
Persuade Ledley King to give it one last go.
-
Odd team selections, appalling recruitment, blind tactics, naivety, lack of bite or heart, paper-thin confidence, moments of nice football. 2/10
-
You would have hoped he'd drop his wage demands a little to play again for his home team but such is the average money-grabbing mercenary these days.
-
I mean, AS IF.
-
Perhaps NA was afraid to play his best team because losing with them would have been much worse than hiding behind a 'reserves' excuse... If it has come to this then confidence is at an all time low
-
On the bright side, at least we'll get £50m when we're relegated. Might as well stick with NA all season...
-
Fox gets picked because he is very, VERY bad.
-
Timid selection. Have to play your strongest team to instil confidence and get things going for next league encounter. Pathetic.

Harry Redknapp to be named manager within 3 weeks
DT replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
He was on Talksport earlier saying that the Blackburn job wasn't for him, which is classic Harry getting in on the airwaves first to gloss over the possibility that they want someone else. As usual the pliant journos on the show (Spurs Hawksbee and Chelsea Jacobs) didn't quiz him too much or ask about Saints, suckers that they are, and Harry comes away with the listeners thinking he has the pick of any club who might want him once pressure gets too much and a chairman presses the eject button, potentially this weekend. QPR have turned a corner so it won't be them, and I'm not convinced he thinks we have the cash to supplement his clear lack of anything other than being a chequebook manager. God he's annoying. But the master at manipulating the media. -
Except one of them is rubbish and the other will no doubt get suspended/burnt at the stake for his water bottle 'incident'
-
Davis is not the best keeper in the club. Doubt if he is the best keeper in his family.
-
This is just weird. Much better than Davis and dropped after playing well. Can only think he's kicked off. Something is very odd at our club and it feels like there are 'must play if fit' contracts abounding.

Lennon against Fox. Christ.

Is there any substance to this Strachan stuff beyond it floating on the wind or whatever? -

For sure... I was watching him as a pundit on MOTD the other day and every single player who was doing well caused him to say 'we had a look at him', or 'I've fancied him for ages', or some such. The man is brilliant at taking the credit for things, even when not worthy. He was even banging on about Gareth Bale, who he left out of the team mystifyingly when he was with us. Or was that my memory. I've always disliked the man, not least for the shield the fawning sports journalists put up around him just because he gives them a few titbits, like throwing fishes to a group of seals. This all hides a lot of low-life activity, including dodgy betting deals and nudges and winks. Lots of winks. And for that reason, rather than the probability that he would get us a few results, I'd like him to continue looking out to sea, sticking pins in his Mark Hughes doll and waiting for the QPR cheque. -

Didn't know the 'special agent' script was so sophisticated. Can't see him coming as he likes pliable chairmen and no interference with his brown env... sorry... transfer dealings. -
Perhaps we should do something REALLY weird and stick with our current manager. Do the long-term thing a la Alex Ferguson
