  1. I really don`t know if you are serious or a WUM, both on this or on other threads, but there is a distinct whiff of desperation about your posts now. It really has gone past the stage of being funny. Everybody has a right to question decisions made by NC but surely it has to be done in a constructive manner? All that I have seen from you are hysterical, sensationalist over-the-top bleatings. If you are not happy with what he has decided, contact him, try and engage in dialogue and see what his response is. Being a "cyber-warrior" may give you a hard-on but it is extremely tiresome for the rest of us.
  2. Not true. Look at my cinema example. I even booked tickets for the cinema, printed my own ticket and STILL paid a booking fee! Most theatres now, if done over the phone or online will charge a booking fee PLUS a handling charge in some cases.
  3. Hae you tried buying theatre or concert tickets lately?? I bought two tickets for Cineworld the other day and had to pay a booking fee even though I booked on line. It`s the modern world I am afraid.
  4. As I said in my post, I think that the club has handled the situation very badly. I can understand some people being upset about the axing of the installment plan and the introduction of Dunes "stealth tax". I also accept peoples right to express their discontent (this is a forum after all) but I just think that some of the hysterical over reaction is quite breath-takingly ridculous. Would I stop going to matches over a £3.00p per transaction charge? Of course not. Am I upset because the plan has been stopped? I paid in installments last year but in previous years I scrimped and scraped the money together to buy my ST outright and will do so again this year. After all, Saturdays wouldn`t be the same without Saints!
  5. ...and it IS NOT per ticket. Buy more than one ticket and the £3.00p is spread.
  6. There you go, putting common-sense arguments, when a rant at this money-grabbing, pathetic club is quite clearly the thing that you should be doing.
  7. This is histrionic nonsense. It has only been a few years that Saints have offered a payment plan. Prior to that, if you wanted a ST you either paid straight out for it, if you could afford it, or you didn`t have one. This didn`t effect attendances at all. To suddenly be up in arms and accuse the club of introducing a "Means test" is ludicrous. Go into John Lewis or any other retailer and buy a TV to watch the World Cup on and see if they will let you pay in 3 or 4 chunks oer the next 6 months and see if they`ll do it without signing up for an expensive credit agreement.. They might sell you a credit card to do it. Why should SFC, which is a business be any different? I totally agree that the situation has been handled badly by the club, but some of the hysterical bleating on here over the last couple of day have been unbelievable.
  8. A cost is a cost however you look at it. If there was no £3.00p then the administration cost would have to come from somewhere else. It all adds to the bottom line.
  9. Bloody Happy-Clappers!! Always looking at the past and not looking forward!!

  12. Judging by some posters on here, how do you know that he isn`t?
  13. You`re right. I booked two tickets for the cinema online last week and that included a booking fee.
  14. Gram Parsons (answered my own!)
  15. I think that it is quite in order to question NC`s actions but there are some on here who now view him as the bastard love child of Ming the Merciless.
  16. Dune doesn`t need evidence to make his mind up about anything. That just gets in the way.

  18. ML completely trusts NC to run his business. Shouldn`t we gie a bit of trust too?
  19. I think that we read it on a Poopey forum first!
